"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

"Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at.
