No room and no refund...very bad

Horrible...they cancelled our reservation and gave it to another person. When we arrived they said to us that they didn't receive our booking, and when we try to refund our money they didn't answer the call when people from Hotels.com called them to solve the problem. Really bad property.

Accoglienza pessima. Mi viene detto che non esisteva alcuna prenotazione effettuata a mio nome.Ho mostrato la ricevuta sia della prenotazione sia del pagamento effettuato ma non mi è stato possibile pernottare. Il tutto comunicato nell'indifferenza più assoluta. La struttura è completamente diversa da come viene presentata sul sito : ho potuto sostare solo nella "hall" che si presentava sporca,maleodorante, trascurata, con la biancheria stesa ad asciugare che pendeva da una balconata interna: difficile immaginare un'esperienza così sgradevole .

Don t book the hotel here as they don't see the bookings from Expedia and overbook their installations. We booked 2 weeks before and arrived to be told we couldn t have the room because of a problem in the bathroom. They sent us to another hotel (much lower category, cold, and much cheaper), and after talking around we were told the hotel is full booked and they use to do this. At the end you are charged the full price before arrival for a nice Kasbah and you end up in a different place with lower standards without any money back and being lied about the situation. The only good thing is that the lady was really nice and we were able to have breakfast over there and the en la terraza.

Arrivés le propriétaire nous dit que la chambre n’est plus disponible et qu’il a trouvé un logement ailleurs. Finalement nous arrivons dans un lieu glauque sans chauffage et très sale. Nous avons du partir ailleurs de nuit. À éviter. Très mauvais.

Guter, günstiger Aufenthalt in der Todra-Schlucht

Super Lage mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Oase beim Frühstück. Der Service war auch sehr nett und relativ zuverlässig. Schöne Riad-Räume mit nicht der neuesten Einrichtung, aber atmosphärisch. Ziemlich überteuerte Restaurantpreise allerdings und die Dusche war auch nicht wirklich warm (wobei das Riad dafür nichts wirklich kann). Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

's avonds aangekomen, kregen we te horen dat ze vol zaten. Heel laconiek, het probleem bij ons leggen. Na heel veel moeite wilden ze ons in een hostel stoppen en dan zeggen dat dat ook een riad is en net zo prachtig. Of op een bank in de ontvangstruimte. Echt verschrikkelijk. Andere gasten die we zagen hadden ook een andere kamer gekregen dan geboekt. 1 stel een klein kamertje zonder ramen. De houding van hun vonden we nog het akeligste. Als er normaal excuses gegeven wordt zou het heel anders zijn. Uiteindelijk na veel gedoe mbv een local ons geld terug gehad.

Das Personal war eher unfreundlich, das Zimmer feucht und muffelig. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Aufgrund der Ausgestaltung der Nasszelle ist nach dem Duschen zwangsläufig der ganze Raum nass.Schön ist die Aussichtsterrasse. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wir wurden zudem aufgefordert, das Frühstück separat zu bezahlen, obschon dieses gemäss Buchung im Preis inbegriffen war.

Vue superbe

Une adresse coup de cœur au sein de notre périple dans le sud marocain à l'entrée des Gorges du Todra. Rapport qualité- prix imbattable. Accueil extrêmement sympathique. Dîner et petit déjeuner excellents avec une vue imprenable. Pour 3, nous avions une grande chambre donnant sur la terrasse du dernier étage. Il faut se garer le long de la route (aucun soucis) car le riad se situe en hauteur et on y accède à pied par un petit sentier.

Der Ausblick in die Berge war ein Traum sowohl von der Dachterasse als auch direkt aus dem Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nice riad, friendly staff, good value for money

Place to stay quickly found via Hotels.com. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, working wifi. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Main problem was with a steep walkway which you would not imagine is the official entry to the riad from the street level.
