In the room, the sliding bathroom door was heavy and unwieldy. The A/C unit was inoperable, the ceiling in shower was patched but unfinished, and fan/light in shower would dim. "

"The evening front desk manager failed to put us on the shuttle schedule after tell us what time to be in the lobby. The same thing happened⁵ with about 6 other people. The morning manager said that this event was a recurrent pattern for that employee."
