"Çalışanlar çok ilgili idi. Orman kenarında güzel bir yer idi. Ancak dışarısı soğuk. Otelde bizimle kalacak olan Arkadaşlara diyorum şimdi otele gireriz, sıcacıktır. Ancak radyatörler yanmıyor, klima da çalışmıyormuş. Odanın ısınmasını 2 saat sırtımızda palto- manto ile bekledik. Meğerse bazı müşteriler önceden arayıp benim oda ısıtılsın diye bilgi veriyorlarmış. "Specifically chose and booked a Family room with three beds and a separate sitting room with a sofa as shown in the hotel’s photos but were instead given a standard room with only one bed and told that no suites had a separate sitting room in the hotel. The next morning a different receptionist confirmed that they DO in fact have a suite with a separate sitting area, so we had either been lied to or the night receptionist didn’t know his own hotel offerings. Be prepared to show the receptionist your booking photos and room type confirmation upon arrival to be sure you get the right room."
