Worst place ever with no park and no sea view
Paying about 100 euros for a room with NO view and a dirty carpet is our worst experience ever and this was supposed to be a "superior" room... we request a refund !

Le camere sono effettivamente spaziose, ma manca tutto il resto. Zone comuni trascurate. Personale maleducato e fantasma. Ad ogni richiesta risposte vaghe e poco risolutive. Un hotel che sembra abbandonato a se stesso, pieno di api. A colazione ho chiesto latte di soia o senza lattosio, mi hanno guardata come un'aliena. Sconsiglio assolutamente questo hotel

Un'albergo veramente grazioso!!!!
Un'ottimo hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro con un bellissimo panorama !!! Si e' soggiornato solamente una notte ma gradevole in tutto:il servizio ,la pulizia ,la gentilezza del personale.Un posto sicuramente tranquillo dove trascorrere qualche giorno!!

angenehmes Hotel, strandfern und ruhig
das Hotel ist ruhig, aber auch abgelegen. Ein eigenes Auto oder Mietwagen unbedingt zu empfehlen. Zwar bietet das Hotel einen Bus zum Strand an, aber eigentlich fährt der nur früh und nachmittags je ein Mal. Hat man einen Wagen, kann auf die HP verzichtet werden. Es genügt ein oder zwei Mal das Essen im Hotel einzunehmen. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist hilfsbereit, trifft aber nicht auf alle Mitarbeiter zu. Wir kamen vom Wanderurlaub und waren zu Fuß unterwegs und standen vor der Hotelanlage vor einem verschlossenen Tor. Anruf an der Rezeption erbrachte zunächst nichts, da die Mitarbeiterin weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach. Fünf Minuten später war eine recht gut Deutsch sprechende Dame erreichbar. Sie fragte wo wr stehen, was ich exakt schildern konnte. Die Antwort war, wir wären am falschen Hotel und sollten uns ein Taxi nehmen. Wir gingen daraufhin einmal um den Komplex herum und fanden jetzt den zweiten, offenen Eingang.
Es hätte zuvor bei unserem Anruf genügt, zehn Schritte von der Rezeption (ohnehin dort mehr Mitarbeiter als Gäste) zu gehen und nach draußen zu schauen, wo wir gut zu sehen gewesen wären.
Zur Buchung des Mietwagens wurde uns die nächstgelegene AVIS Station empfohlen, angeblich in 2 km Entfernung, tatsächlich waren es etwa 4 km. Kein angenehmer Fußmarsch entlang der Küstenstraße ohne Bürgersteig.
Von diesen Unzulänglichkeiten abgesehen, war es aber ein angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt.

la struttura è bella e ben gestita. unico neo non è centrale ma su una collina a circa 1/2 Km dal centro, tale distanza permette una bella vista sulle colline e sul golfo.

Clean and nice, but unclear for amneties
We were there only for a night on our way to Milan. Unfortunately we didn't know that the restaurants and spa close during the low season. We were sad to find out that we could use either service. The hotel staff was very friendly and they gave good recommendations for restaurants in the area though.

relax a tortoreto
ho scelto questa struttura dopo aver notato la spa.all'arrivo receptionist molto cortesi e gentili, che mi hanno accompagnato in camera e poi consigliato anche un posto per passare la serata.. ho soggiornato in camera standard, comoda e spaziosa, colazione molto varia e molto buona in una sala splendida, tutta ristrutturata. ma come dicevo ho scelto l'hotel per la spa..ed è stata proprio una bella sorpresa..oltre al percorso normale ho anche fatto un massaggio ad una ottima qualità prezzo..tornerò sicuramente più avanti!

Sorpresa all'inizio per distanza dal masoddisfatti
Un po' sorpresi all'inizio perché si pensava fosse sul mare, poi pienamente soddisfatti. Tanta cortesia gentilezza pulizia e buona cucina. Bella la piscina. Anche paesaggio aiuta a rilassarsi. Ottimo. Ci tornaremo
