"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "We were extremely disappointed with the state of the resort. The pictures was nothing like the actual thing. We was in a room with 2 beds. It was more like a shed with one singular swinging light. We was appalled by what they have to offer. Yes it was cheap but I’d rather say outside! We both felt very unsafe in the area and it was miles away from Rome. With no transport to it, it cost us €50 in a taxi. It was so bad that we booked another hostel and refused to stay there. Would 100% recommend HelloRome, rather than this shed they expected us to sleep in. The staff was lovely though, that was the only good part about this resort"

"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10 minutes away, for when the restaurant at the resort is closed or you want different options (although everything we got from there was good!) I would travel back just to stay at this resort again!"

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance! Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use! This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel! I definitely won’t be a returning guest"
