"It was self check in, but I did talk to someone by phone. They provided the access code to get in the room. The WiFi in that area is spotty, so I didnโ€™t get the code while in the park. The room served its purpose. The bed was a little soft, but clean and comfortable enough. The floor is soft and uneven in spots. The bathroom was clean, but smelled a little like mildew. It was nice having a kitchenette. The location is great if you are visiting Capital Reef."

"This is a beautiful property- serene with a magnificent view and all the amenities you could need. The personal attention you get from the welcome to the thoughtful things done in the rooms and around the property make it a clear choice in my opinion. We loved the animals to visit, the hot tub after a long day, the comfy bed and well appointed spotless room. The attention to details was noticed. Our only regret was we were just passing thru for 1 night. The continental breakfast had many choices and they have free laundry facilities. We will be back and look forward to trying the restaurant that is coming soon!"

"Pros: The front desk manager is the most welcoming, energetic, helpful staff Iโ€™ve ever met. He saw me holding my laundry and immediately asked if I needed change, before I even asked. The lobby does offer 24-hour hot/cold water, tea, and coffee. Cons: beds are way too high. The refrigerator was old, noisy, and didn't close properly. On top of that, the lobby trash cans were uncovered, attracting a lot of flies."

"Absolutely amazing stay! It far exceeded my expectations! This was our favorite stay of our trip. Everything you need is thereโ€ฆ dishes and glassware, microwave, fridge, shower and shower kit with shampoo, conditioner and the beddingโ€ฆ. Sooo soft and comfy!! The views at sunset and sunrise were incredible. We also had some surprise โ€œguestsโ€ come by in the early morning(see in pics) we loved every minute of our stay and staff was very responsive to text when I had a question. Most highly recommended!!"
