En si el personal de oficina, el servicio del comedor y la comida excelentes. Pero. Los cuartos necesitan mucho trabajo. Aunque están limpios hay malfuncionamiento en el agua y/o las llaves, los baños necesitan trabajo, cada vez que voy aumentan las cosas que necesitan cambiarse. Es buen hotel. No lo dejen Caer por favor

Mal servicio no amables, la habitación sucia la bañera estuvo tapada durante toda la estadía, la reportamos muchas veces y no hicieron nada al respecto, los empleados hablan muy alto desde temprano en la mañana y se escucha en las habitaciones, no hubo profesionalismo.
