We had a fantastic break, the hosts were perfect, the facilities great and we enjoyed the most amazing food. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a great range of local and home made produce and this was all followed by a mesmerising choice of hot food which included local produce. There was cake on hand all day along with fresh tea and coffee and the hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay.

A family of four we stayed in room 1 there was more than enough room with a double bed, single bed and bunk bed. The room was light clean and there was a TV, DVD player, kettle in the room with tea coffee and even a bottle of water and 2 bottles of fruit shoot for the kids. There were also plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. We had our own bathroom across the hall and the owner Dawn could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Lovely friendly staff, a very warm welcome. Also really useful information given on the local area of places to visit by the hosts. Fantastic heated pool very attractive, clean and a real luxury. Breakfast a very good choice nicely presented and delicious cooked breakfasts. We had a premier room which was lovely overlooked the side of property and a fridge in the room was fab. Beds had firm mattresses alittle hard for my spine, but great for the majority of people.

I couldn't have picked a better guesthouse for my trip to devon with my daughter. The room had en suite bathroom which was very small, but we didn't need anything more. There was WiFi in the room which is handy these days with so many gadgets. The room it's self was clean comfortable. The choice of breakfast was good, we had a cooked breakfast everyday which filled us up for the day.
