"The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is well-equipped with weights and cardio machines—enough for a full upper-body workout. There is also a spa with two saunas. The hotel's location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from the train station and three supermarkets. Breakfast was great; it was a standard English breakfast but with plenty of variety, including salads, cheeses, meats, local bread, cereal, sweet treats, and hot drinks."

The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great small hotel in Zermatt. Stayed for one night as travelling around, but Maria was great on desk. Checked us in earlier than normal time.(grateful for that). Slept well during night. Nice breakfast before checking out. Everything we needed. Would stay again."
