"Staff called a taxi and told me they would be there then staff said they were not coming and left me to find alternate ways myself"

"Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar."

"My family and I we're looking forward to staying at this hotel which was nice however, the staff were not as helpful as they could have been: - there was a mix up with the dates and they refused to accountability for this - they were unfriendly in how they handled the situation - unaccomodating and inflexible so don't expect any treatment than a standard hotel. I've been to hotels all over the world where they go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome and cared not, not here unfortunately."

"The Oca hotel was ideally located for us as we had completed the El Camino two days prior and wanted to be a bit away from the busy part of Santiago but still with easy access to the train station and good restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was the best we have had in two weeks of traveling."
