Great location, easy accessible great for anyone who loves shopping, walking distance to most well known sight, I.e Spanish steps just in walking distance. The room are clean, staff friendly and helpful would book again for future returns

Outstanding boutique hotel with an excellent location.

The place you come home to when on vacation, especially in such a bustling city as Rome, is just as important as the sites you’ll visit, and our Martius Private Suites Presidential Spa Suite sealed the deal on what was one of our BEST trips EVER! An incredible value for the money, with each morning’s breakfast service in the beautiful dining room (that doubles as a bar at night) being impeccably served. This hotel was small enough that the staff remembered our names, and so never had to wait for a table at breakfast or dinner. And nothing quite like a private sauna steam session in our suite after 25,000 steps in the Eternal City! Their friendly staff was uber- accommodating. They gave us the BEST dining recommendations and helped us score hard-to-get excursions and hidden Roman gems! Just 5 minute walk to The Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. Would we stay here again? I don’t think we would ever stay anywhere else when in Rome-thank you for making a special birthday trip-unforgettable, especially for tough customers like us!

Central to everything you could ever want to do or see. Plenty of eateries, convenience stores, prices everywhere were amazing!

The hotel was in an excellent location, just above the Spanish Steps. The staff was EXCELLENT. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Breakfast was included which had many delicious options. Walking distance to many of the most popular sites. Many excellent restaurants nearby.
