"Two comments: 1- About the room, it was very comfortable and quiet during the night. Just one recommendation to keep improving. There were some dust behind the TV table, next to the 120V power split that connects a few devices(microwave, fridge and the TV ) 2- We (my wife and myself) were very well impressed with the front desk attendant's proactiveness during our check in. She followed us to the room to make sure that it had all the appliances and that they were working well. We made a quick check on everything and she went back to the front desk. Great job Mrs.(I don't have her name)."

"It was an overnight stay in Miami due to a missed connection. It was not close to the Miami airport but cheaper than the hotels nearby. It was a long Uber ride to get there and back"

"The first room was terrible we moved to a different room that was so much better. However at 2.30 am there was a loud argument outside our room. The hotel pictures were very old the hotel is very very old and run down. "

"Overall, the facility was very nice with multiple pool areas. One is a little more kid friendly, and the other a little more adult friendly. Getting a little bit dated, with a few maintenance issues, including a broken elevator in the lobby. But the room was clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom condo unit which was very roomy and Comfortable. Overall a pleasant say with nice amenities. Not brand new, but Clean and well-managed. The staff was excellent."

"The property is in great condition with its remodels. It’s very fresh very clean. The staff is doing an excellent job of keeping the property like new and they are doing a great job of providing attentive service to their guest. The lounge is excellent with great staff working breakfast and the evening hot hors d’oeuvres. Management is clearly visible, checking with guest, making sure everyone’s happy and offering to provide any assistance that any of the guest need. It’s been a very pleasant day for Business and there’s been a lot of travelers there for pleasure and they’ve accommodated everyone very comfortably."
