Excellent property all round. Feels luxurious, safe and comfortable. Great facilities in kitchen apartments. Only critism is the carpark is right (nothing you can do now about it I guess), however be aware as I have seen 2 separate incidents of people hitting their car on concrete poles inside the underground carpark.

'Very Nice, but don't expect early access!!!

The apartment is reasonably new, large, well appointed. 2 bed, 2 bath, clean and modern. Only negative aspect is the electronic programmed entry. Even if the apartment is ready to check-in at 1.30pm you cannot enter because the electronic key pad entry is programmed for 2pm. We arrived at 1.58pm and had to wait at the car park entry door until 2pm to gain access. For a high end apartment this just cheapens the experience.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Toowoomba to stay at The Arbour. The apartments are BEAUTIFULLY designed with no detail left behind. They're very clean, and the staff were so wonderful during our stay. Location is fantastic, lovely cafe nearby for breakfast. Cannot wait to return just to stay here again!

We loved our stay at The Arbour Boutique Apartments. The apartment itself is stunning, with beautiful Hampton-esque design and feels very luxurious. Parking was very easy and the communication from the manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
