"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.
