"This stay exceeded expectations in every way — more than ideal for large families.
Location: Perfect on all levels. Chaotianmen sits at the heart of the tourist area. The hotel restaurant opens to a private area exclusive to residents and staff, right above the public Raffles Square viewing platform, with even better views. The hotel has its own quiet entrance (distant from the mall's main entrance) yet only steps away from the mall's food court entrance.
Staff: Everyone from doormen to front desk to restaurant staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful.
Food: The breakfast buffet, though modest, was high-quality and well-made that I could just live on it. The sitting area wasn't too large but the staff proactively arranged seats and we were able to eat comfortably every morning.
Room: The 3BR suite was almost 2000 sqft, offering spacious bedrooms and a huge living room.
Cleanliness: The two-person cleaning crew is very thorough yet lightning fast (10-15 minutes).
Laundry & Cooking: Appliances are useful but unintuitive. There are QR codes for online instructions (just like everything else in China). In particular — the dryer's water tank must be manually emptied.
View: The hotel is in the rear tower, so the front faces the other building — only side views of the river.
Food & Packages: Robots handle vending machine goods, external food and package delivery to room. Fresh BBQ skewers made by a top-rated restaurant 3 mile away arrived within 30 minutes."
