"The best and most unique thing about this property was the staff. There was a gentleman whose name I unfortunately donโt remember, but he was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I didnโt know how to call a taxi, and he kindly helped me arrange everything. His patience and willingness to help made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ 5 out of 5!"

"Great Value Resort with a Fun Water Park This resort was an excellent value for our family road trip through Jeolla Province. While there are now many newer resorts and water parks in Korea, this place still offers a great experience for the price. Helpful Tip for International Travelers: Most Korean water parks and hotel pools require proper swimwear and some form of head covering, usually a swim cap. Many places will also allow a baseball cap or rent you a swim cap for a small fee. If you plan to use the water park, come prepared to avoid any inconvenience. Also note that water park and bathhouse access requires an additional fee like $20 for bothe access to water park and bth house, which i find it very fair value. The resort has beautiful mountain views and good amenities. Our room included a basic kitchen with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. There are also restaurants on-site. Although the resort is older, the rooms appear to have been updated recently and were comfortable and clean. The water park was plenty of fun for our family, and overall I would rate the experience 9 out of 10 for value alone. Even if you don't use the water park, this is still a worthwhile stop for travelers passing through the area. As a bonus, there is a dinosaur footprint site nearby, known for having one of the highest concentrations of dinosaur footprints in the world, making for an interesting side trip during your stay."

"This is a beautiful property. One thing the property needs to address is removing the Korean breakfast from their listing. It is not currently available and should not be advertised. Also, a word of warning - they heat the floors with wood and they get so hot we were very uncomfortable the 1st night and asked them to refrain from using any wood on the 2nd day. It worked and we were very comfortable. The location of the property is better than anything we could have asked for. Also, they include free admission to all the major area attractions. The gardens are directly nextdoor and spectacular. The front desk also provided us with the name and location of a wonderful gym. We were able to get a fantastic workout. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Korea and highly recommend when you visit Namwon."
