"Very disappointed. It seems like the hotel gave up on maintenance or keeping their business running. Shops, restaurants, and even room services are closed. The main reason to choose this city to visit and choose this hotel was for the hot springs. The hotel hot spring facilities close every Tuesday which hasnt been displayed clearly at the time when i book this hotel. They charge seperate fees for admissions. The hot spring last admission closes at 7:30 pm and they start cleaning even though their sign says the last admission is 8:30 pm. I regert to choose this hotel to stay and definitely want to warn people to avoid this hotel. I would say this was the worst hotel i ever stayed. And their carpet is absolutely disgusting and dirty. The front desk clerk (lady) can improve the customer service mannerism."
