"Wanted to rate higher. It has some very good points. But reported Fridge in our room wasn’t working. The back of it was getting very hot but was not cooling. I was told someone would look at it. No one came. I unplugged it in the end for safety. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and later the safe stopped locking."

"This hotel was brilliant, fulfilling our requirements. The pool was amazing set by the Nile and the staff were really friendly both around the amenities and in the hotel itself. The downside was the rooms are a little tried and a refresher should bring it up to western levels. It is also a little further out of Luxor, making it challenging to escape the offers of taxis and horse carts, when walking into the centre. "

"Room was very clean and had all the modern amenities. Staff was super helpful, specially Mary at the front desk was responding to messages immediately and was extremely supportive. Most of all the view from my upstair room was breathtaking. Hotel is at the bank of Nile and you have a scenic view from your room. Recommend this property completely."
