Fue una muy buena experiencia la realidad es que muy cómodo muy agradable la estancia cuidan los detalles el personal muy amable y el único detalle el despachador del papel sanitario toda la habitación excelente el despachador del papel del baño sale del contexto de la habitación pero en general estupendo

Muy mal, me dieron una habitación que tenía un aparato en e exterior que hizo ruido todo el tiempo y los cajones de estacionamiento son muy pequeños e incómodos. No fué una buena experiencia pero no fue culpa del personal. Por lo demás, bien.

Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra llegó y dicen que tengo que esperar 45 minutos, la verdad llegas cansado y por eso hacer la reservación con tiempo, me mandaron a una habitación que no me gustó para nada , tienen que tener la habitación que reservas y si no la tienen disponible entonces no la ofrezcan si me enojo mucho

No respetan las reservaciones, reserve 2 habitaciones para 4 personas y nos cobraron desde antes, y habíamos ido de viaje y al llegar ya era muy noche de madrugada, y en la recepción nos dijeron que sólo había una reservación de un cuarto y muy desposta y grosera la recepcionista no quiso acérese responsable a pesar de que le enseñe mis reservaciones confirmadas y no quisieron darnos la otra habitación por lo que a esas horas de la madrugada tuvieron que buscar mis familiares otro hotel corriendo peligro, no reserven aquí.
