Amazing stay at Hanna Hotel Boutique. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the lake and an incredible atmosphere to relax and enjoy Valle de Bravo. One of the best things about the location is that it’s very walkable, with easy access to downtown and many of the town’s main attractions and areas. The service was excellent throughout our entire stay — everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with spectacular views that make the experience even more special. Overall, a beautiful hotel with an amazing location, great service, and unforgettable views. Definitely highly recommended.

Christie and her entire staff was simply amazing. So accommodating and friendly. The chef, Guadalupe, was a wonderful cook and put together a wonderful menu and is an exceptional chef! The view of th lake was so beautiful from our room. The room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable

Gorgeous rooms, but hotel has room for improvement

Overall the rooms are great and has an outstanding view of the lake. Restaurant is outright terrible, food was bad and bland, they can't cook a simple steak and charges 100 pesos for a Nespresso coffee. What we ordered for dinner was not the plates we received as they were sold out of common ingredients but never informed us, but just cooked something. Some of the staff is great - other staff members are so busy with their phones they can't even say hello.

Beautiful hotel, well located in town. If you're driving a car, a little tricky, as located on a hill. Only saw 4-5 parking spots. Walking distance to many restaurant. 45min from Herrera Butterfly Sanctuary. Amazing views of the Lake. Rooms are modern and looking like the photos online. Best shower I had the whole trip !!! Just wished they had a mini fridge in the room. Great Nespresso machine. We had 1 breakfast + one dinner at the restaurant on site and it was just ok. It was low season, so it felt like they had to ask the chef to come in, as we were the only couple in there, both times. The Spa was good, we booked a massage. The Pool area was nice, but the water was not heated, so a little to cold for swimming. We didn’t try the bath tubs. Would definitely return. Staff was amazing and always helpful.

Great hotel to stay in Valle de Bravo! only complain was the pool that was dirty the day we arrived and does not have a temperature regulator.

The hotel and room were fine. That said, I’m not sure how this hotel is rated a five star hotel. At best it’s a three star hotel. To make things worse, the street in front of the hotel is under construction, so we had to park at the bottom of a long, steep hill and carry our bags up to the hotel. There was no one to help us with our bags. For the price, I was very underwhelmed.

Hotel muy limpio y vale lo que se paga. Unicamente se encuentra en una zona algo ruidosa y hay un taller de carpintería en frente el cual trabaja hasta tarde. En la reservación no se especifica que si llevas mascota se cobra 800 pesos extras la noche.
