Continental breakfast was good. Terrible and awkward Bath/Shower conditions, there's no curtain to prevent water from running out, once done showering you end up stepping out into a pool of water, very very bad conditions.

Nice stay
Quite fine for the price, everyone was very kind. There is only missing a business center, I couldn't take a work conference.

Ok at best
The good: Its clean, nice building, good design, good location. The Bad: No central heating! I went on Jan 4 which is cold temperatures in Toluca especially during the night and mornings. The only heating available was a portable heater and, at least in my room, did not heat enough to feel comfortable. Overall it's a nice little hotel, where if you need a very basic place to rest your head at night passing through it could be ok, but not for a vacation stay especially with children.

It was late at night when I checked in and the staff was great, however the room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock and I was concerned there were bedbugs. Would not recommend to stay there.

Escaces de agua, no había shampoo, no había crema. En una ocasión no estaba completo el set de toallas, el servicio de wifi es de baja velocidad e intermitente. Al ducharse la presión de agua era muy pobre. En fin, se ve que el hotel tuvo tiempos mejores

Me fue útil para lo que necesitaba sin embargo sus instalaciones son viejas y prácticamente no hay lugares cercanos para comer y no tiene servicio de comida ni cena solo desayuno

El hotel es un Best Wéstern by Marriott, pero solo de nombre. Las instalaciones, son muy viejas. Las habitaciones son muy grandes q comparación de los nuevos hoteles, pero totalmente sonoras (escuchas todo lo que pasa en la otra habitación y el pasillo). El personal es muy amable, Sin embargo es muy reducido, ¡solo estaba la recepcionista en el turno nocturno! El estacionamiento está muy insalubre, solitario y tiene muy mal aspecto.

En internet se nos ofreció restaurante y bar y cuando llegamos nos informaron que no está en servicio, lo cual es malo pues ya no queríamos salir del hotel. Sino van a ofrecer estos servicios quítenlos del internet para que los huespedes tomen sus providencias.

Es algo viejo pero funcional, muy limpio, todo el personal super amable. Las toallas si son algo viejas, pero cuenta con calefactor y secadora. Te dan un par de cobijas extra pero falta que si son 3 o 4 personas pongan esa cantidad de cobijas y toallas porque solo dejan 2. En mi estancia no falto el agua caliente y las cortinas retenian bien el frío. Lo que si es de tener en cuenta que si van con adultos mayores las regaderas son con tinas integradas que dificultan el acceso porque esta muy alta la bardita.

Cómodo y personal amable.
Muy buen trato por todo el personal del hotel, en general es cómodo y dan café de cortesía en la habitación, sólo le agregaría que pongan calefacción o algún calefactor en las habitaciones, así como servicio de restaurante durante todo el día (ya que solo tiene desayunos), pero en general todo muy bien.

FATAL LA ESTANCIA, NO RECOMENDABLE
La regadera sin presión el agua, ni agua caliente, la televisión muy mal, no coincide con la programación que publica el hotel. El estacionamiento fatal, no tiene espacio para maniobrar, el hotel advierte que lo que le pase al auto no es su responsabilidad.

Fui una noche y la verdad súper bien! Me gusto el cuarto es muy bonito y amplio! La verdad iba con pocas expectativas por los comentarios anteriores pero la verdad cada experiencia es diferente y a mi me toco muy bien :) El desayuno muy rico también
