Apartamento amplo mas sujo (cabelos de hóspedes passados demonstram que a limpeza não foi efetuada). Necessita de reforma urgente, principalmente as cerâmicas do banheiro e rejuntes que estão imundos. Mobília, roupas de cama e toalhas simples.
