Night staff unfriendly-I had to say thank you-no appreciation for patronage ,noisy, bathtub dirty, will not stay in a Quality Inn again.

Talk about a small bathroom. Nailed to my toes on the toilet or the door too many times. Understand that breakfast is 6am however with the race in town with a 630 start time you'd think you'd cater to the runner and have something out a bit earlier. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

It’s always quiet and clean when I stay there. I like the service they provide. Now the breakfast is okay if they can have more options of breakfast sausages like turkey instead of just pork

The WiFi did not work in our room. The person at the front desk repeatedly said there was nothing wrong with the WiFi and would not go to our room to confirm it did not connect. It did work in the lobby but was weak. We were forced to go sit in the lobby to connect to the weak signal.

Not good service
At check in they said they clean the room every third day. After asking for room service they didn’t do it until day 6. They made us bring down our dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones claiming it was not their job. I guess its my job to pay for the room, do the laundry and take out the trash. Needless to say there are 10 other hotels within 3 miles, avoid this one. I travel 90% of the year and this was one of the worst.

I traveled to my hotel and could not stay due to my room not being clean nor any other rooms being available per manager Amber who also refused to give her last name as well as any receipt for me for proof of purchase. The room was also very strong with bleach masking other smells, and I could not breathe, Amber (manager) and Christine (cleaning lady) got angry then replied what else are they supposed to clean with and ignored my request. The bed had visible staining as well as hair from the bed pillows to the floor, but the manager told me it's nothing she can do and asked me to leave by telling me I can go.

The bathroom didn't offer shower gel or lotion. The bathroom fixtures looked a little older, but it was great! Microwave AND fridge! Loved that!

The room and bathroom were dirty. Service was offered once for the week reserved. Neighbors were loud with music and excessive smell of weed. No resolution to neighbors’ behavior was achieved. No alternatives were offered to us. We left and moved to another hotel without any compensation or refund.

Convenient to the highway but constant 1 or 2 individuals roaming the parking lot at night smoking, could not tell if they were guests or not. Room had previous guest's garbage unemptied and food left in fridge. Toilet seat was very old and worn, room was otherwise clean. Bed comfortable. Older property that is trying to remodel but much more to be done.

The hotel is pretty basic and ok I used the gym but the eliptical trainer was broken and the treadmill kept stopping and was extremely loud. The tv in the gym area would not turn on and the water dispenser was empty. The included breakfast was very basic on styrofoam plates. I drink decaf coffee, but none was available The iron in my room was really old and very dirty and in order to use it I can to clean it with a bathroom towel which I think I may a badly soiled in doing so. The desk clerk who checked me in could not have been nicer. It was in expensive and it’s in a convenient location in Sylvanja

Filthy stay
Bed spread was dirty called front desk they send over sheets and expected me to change the bed sheet like I worked for the company. Window was cracked didn’t have any type of blanket to cover up with it was 50degrees out so frozen didn’t get any sleep could hear the people at the restaurant next door all night. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel also they allow pets they don’t clean well enough what if someone was allergic to animals. With that being said heard dog barking in the night

I liked the lady that prepared the breakfast she was friendly, orderly, and accommodating. (We tipped her both days). Staff was friendly. However hallway and room was filthy, I asked for cleaning supplies and I cleaned our room myself. Mattress was filthy and there were roaches in the bathroom. Garbage can looked like someone had puked in it. Floor had not been swept or mopped and the bed looked like it had not been changed so I asked for clean sheets. Take this one off your list it's pretty bad!!'

Nice staff, clean room, smoking smell
Staff was friendly, but the guy was trying to charge me for a room that I already made a reservation for, maybedidn'tunderstandmy southernaccent? the room had a heavy smell that I thought was stale air. Turned on the ac and left to complete my business, returned a few hrs later and my husband said, it's a smoking smell. So I asked the staff if we can have a different room. Unfortunately no other room available, but she would note the smell of smoking because I asked. Other than that smell, the room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly.

There was no stay. I made the reservations for two women who are wheelchair bound. I specifically checked this necessity on the site; however, upon arrival Quality had no rooms available on the first floor and no elevator to accommodate the ladies. Needless to say, I had to scramble, inconveniently, to secure other accommodation’s.

I was first put in a room that did not seem clean at all. after lugging all of my things upstairs (there was no elevator) my room was right in the middle of a construction zone. clearly there were renovations going on, but this was a real mess. I could hear the construction workers talking and working in almost every room around where my room was. I could hear them talking and going back and forth in the hallway outside of where my room was. As soon as I walked in I could smell the room, It was very stuffy and smelled like a locker room.. the carpet was old and didn't seem clean at all, there were stains on the bedspread, and the tub didn't seem clean. the final straw was that the water wouldn't turn on. so I went downstairs and requested another room, which took awhile because only one person was working at the desk.. she did put me into a different room on the first floor, which was significantly better.... but still not great. then after a long day I had to go back to the first room, and gather all my things, drag them back down the stairs to the new room which was way down the hall on the first floor .... during this time I found that my key would only work intermittently .... I then had to go back to the front desk and have her program a new key for me....this took awhile also. finally, I was able to get settled. the bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were like mush...I used all six pillows that were there, and I may have well been using one or two

Convenient next to I-75. Yet the furniture was rundown, and the bathroom floor was not clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Staff was great though.
