The hospederia was actually right next to the cathedral. Despite this location, it was quiet. It was clearly a really old building -- I suspect each room was different. Our room was on the first floor (2nd floor for Americans), and it was bigger than I expected. Everything worked -- the shower was a bit small but workable, and the internet was fine. We reserved a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. On the day we went to Toledo, we got an email saying to check in by 6 pm, because it wasn't sure the front desk would be staffed later. In fact, when we arrive just before 6 pm, there was somebody there, but the front door was usually locked. There is a delightful small roof-top area, with a place to sit to look over the town and the area. There are only the two floors (I think I counted a total of 10 rooms), plus the ground-floor breakfast room, and then the stairs to the roof. Taxi from the train station was only about 6 euros -- I'm glad we didn't walk because it would have been a steep hike. On the way back, because it was a Sunday, the fare was higher (10 euros).
