Tokat budget otel

Very noisy with busy road and traffic. Didn't sleep much. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Good breakfast on rooftop terrace. For price it was OK but see other comments on payment issues.

I stayed 2 nights here and it was OK but hotel insisted I had not paid online previously even though the money had left my account. So they took it again!! Under a different hotel they own. So they have money for 3 nights and I stayed 2. Unethical use of my card details. Not happy at all. Will be requesting refund from hotels.com.
