Fantasy !!!

Friendly staff, great location, awesome authentic food, spa was relaxing - would stay again!

Very nice property and the friendliest staff. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed.

Lovely hotel in beautiful quiet village. Only 2 nights but very pleasant.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved.

Beautiful place. Fully recommend. Staff were amazing

Fantastic hotel with stunning views over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - we all felt incredibly relaxed and could t get enough of the views! The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and loved the fact there was lactose free milk! The only thing to be aware of is there is a steep 20 minute walk to the town and so taxis are needed in the evening if you don’t have a car - they cost 11 euros one way. We will...

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Everything was excellent

Everything was as you expected it to be or better. The only two downfalls are the tightness of parking which is still quite manageable, and the WiFi signal to cell phones is weaker than one would hope. However, the WiFi signal to laptops was quite fine. I'd say, overall, a great hotel with top notch service.

Good value, convenient location

I booked the hotel late for a ski trip with my kids. The hotel was lovely. Well adorned, spacious rooms. Hotel was very clean. Wellness centre was great - lovely Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room. We had half board and the breakfast was big and varied Ate in the restaurant once - it was a little too trad German for my kids but was well cooked Staff are very friendly and helpful

Perfect location to enjoy Pertisau and the beautiful Lake Achensee! The room was beautiful with 2 balconies and gorgeous views of the mountains. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious and the toilet was in a separate area from the rest of the bathroom which was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!
