We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! We stayed here as a family of four, and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was incredibly clean and hygienic, which is always our top priority. The views from the property were simply stunning, offering a breathtaking backdrop throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was waking up to the fresh air and taking morning walks in the heart of nature—it was an amazing experience. This is definitely a place we will return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway. Thank you so much for everything! We can't wait to visit again.

Disappointing

We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for. To make matters worse, we were charged 50 euros for cleaning, which is completely unreasonable considering the state the property was in when we checked in. The only positive aspects of our stay were the spa and the view, which were both very nice. Unfortunately, those few good points didn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and misleading listing. Would not recommend to anyone and specially to ones travelling with kids.

Es war sehr sauber und vor allem der Wellnessbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche war leider nicht sonderlich toll ausgestattet an Utensilien oder Reinigungsmitteln. Diese konnte man dort zwar erwerben aber 3€ für einen Spülmaschinentab ist definitiv zu teuer.

Ein TOP Unterkunft, wunderschönes Apartment. Sehr schöne Saunalandschaft mit Relaxeschaukeln und Liegen. Den Wald und die Wanderwege immer berga auf vor der Nase. Die Kühe auf den Weiden ein idyllisches Bild. Am Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen vom Berg (auf einer Bank) oder vom Balkon. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Bis auf Gewürzen und Schere ist alles vorhanden. Man schläft sehr gut- es ist himmlisch ruhig.Alles sauber und ordentlich. Mit Kind (oder Kindern) bzw. Hund ideal. Von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.

Fijn appartement

Wij gingen voor een lang weekend  hierheen.  Het is een prachtig ruim nieuw appartement. Stijlvol , mooi, minimalistisch ingericht met een ruim balkon.  Vanuit hier kun je zo de piste op, of mooie wandelingen maken. In de buurt is er niet echt een bakkerij, voor wat boodschappen moet je wel richting Todtnau zelf. Er zijn 2 kleine sauna's met relax ruimte met prachtig panorama uitzicht. De getoonde jacuzzi's op de site behoren tot bepaalde kamers en horen niet bij de saunaruimte. Er zijn wel wat kleine aandachtspunten .We moesten het al die tijd met 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek pp doen. Er is helemaal niets gewisseld in die dagen. Een kapstok voor jassen, een plankje in de doucheruimte voor spullen was niet aanwezig. En de keukenuitrusting was ook minimaal om een goede maaltijd te maken. Bv een pollepel of ovenwanten hadden er best mogen zijn evenals een extra theedoek als je meerdere dagen er bent. Ook zijn er geen badjassen en handdoeken voor de sauna aanwezig. Enkel 2 koffie capsules voor een verblijf van 4 dagen ( geen thee ) en als je meer wilt dan kun je tegen aanzienlijke prijs erbij kopen.  Ook hebben we niemand gezien of gehoord in die paar dagen dat we er waren en ook geen schoonmaak gezien. Enige onduidelijkheid over het uitchecken. Dit moet op de zelfde manier als inchecken, maar dat moet je dan wel zelf achter komen. Het zijn de kleine dingen die het doen, en wat je voor de prijs in deze categorie
