The view is stunning, the rooms are not. The staff varies some nice, mostly very unhelpful. The view makes upfield the horrible broken shower and the beetles in the room.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica , vicino alla chiesa del Bramante. L'unico suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di mettere una Navetta che colleghi la struttura con il centro del Paese.

Un’ottima scelta

Personale cortese, la struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro, in una posizione tranquilla completamente immersa nel verde. Comoda l’area benessere a disposizione degli ospiti aperta tutti i giorni dal mattino a sera. Molto bella la sala ristorante con possibilità nella bella stagione di mangiare all’aperto. Colazione ricca e diversificata, Wi-Fi ottimo in tutta la struttura.

Nice family run hotel

Family run hotel about a 15 minute walk from the town. It would be worth asking for a room with a view as that was fantastic. Nice large breakfast room with nice terrace. We went in October and it was very quiet.

They charged me an extra 60 euros because we were two people which i have never heard of in my life. Nothing was mentioned during check-in. during checkout she acted like I was scamming her.

Arrivo in tarda serata ( alle 21:30) non disponendo di mezzo proprio ho utilizzato i mezzi pubblici che sostano in centro città di Todi. Non c’è taxi. Ho dovuto percorrere circa un km a piedi. All’arrivo chiedo di poter mangiare qualcosa ma rispondono che il ristorante è chiuso. Sono stanca. Faccio una doccia ... scendono solo poche gocce e no riesco nemmeno a sciacquarmi come si deve! Nel frigo bar ci sono solo 4 bottiglie di acqua gassata ( io bevo solo naturale ) e nemmeno un pacchetto di noccioline perciò mi corico digiuna in un letto scomodissimo: si sente ogni singola molla del materasso! Non c’è servizio navetta per il centro perciò per recarmi al convegno devo sempre usare il taxi

The place to stay in Todi

Passei apenas 1 noite com minha esposa e filho de 10 anos. O hotel fica na parte de baixo da cidade. Estacionamento fácil. Check in deixaram preparado quarto para 2 pessoas mas rapidamente acertaram. Quarto com cama antiga mas bem confortável. Montaram a cama do meu filho em um sofa cama. Vista espetacular do quarto. Gostei

Comunque bella

Consigliabile decisamente, tenendo comunque conto di tre cose: a fronte di una piscina molto grande, bella, pulita, che si apre su un bellissimo panorama; e di un arredo accurato e anche divertente nel suo raffinato 'eccesso decorativo'; si deve valutare un'ottima ricezione wi-fi ma scarsa copertura di segnale telefonico (non ne ha certo colpa l'hotel, comunque) ; una posizione ovviamente non nel centro storico che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi; le stanze che danno sulla strada non godono di alcun panorama (bisogna chiedere allora la categoria superiore); e per ultimo cercare di non imbattersi in matrimoni (w gli sposi, ovviamente!) o altre cerimonie che certo non apportano pace al luogo, per quanto ben gestite e con tutta la comprensione e disponibilità nel ridurre al minimo i 'disagi' da parte del personale e della direzione. Un soggiorno comunque positivo, con un'ottima prima colazione sulla splendida terrazza del ristorante.

Relax e tanta storia!

Struttura accogliente con staff disponibile a pochi passi dal centro, una piscina meravigliosa dove rilassarsi, unica pecca le stanze un poco obsolete da rimodernare ...a soli 500 metri l'ascensore di porta orvietana ti porta in centro dove puoi respirare tanta storia...luoghi bellissimi ed incantevoli...con un'ora di macchina si raggiungono città come Orvieto e Spoleto che vale la pena di visitare...soggiorno bellissimo!

soggiorno bellissimo

ho soggiornato per tre giorni presso questo hotel e mi sono trovato benissimo. personale gentile camera confortevolissima pulizia eccellente soprattutto nel bagno posizione incantevole e silenziosa unica pecca veniale ... non mi hanno cambiato la lampadina fulminata nella camera.. forse disattenzione.

Hotel rustico e molto bello all'esterno, leggermente stravagante in alcuni scorci interni. Tv piccola in camera e senza segnal, ricezione internet scadente forsa causa lontananza della stanza. Personale comunque molto gentile e cortese. Purtroppo d'inverno e sotto ristrutturazione non è stato il massimo.....

Room was ridiculously warm and pretty dingy with the small window opening below the car park. Air con basically just blowed hot air around the room and you could feel the hot water pipes running under the floor. could also hear the kitchen clearing up near the outside of the room well after midnight so had to weigh up between overheating or having some fresh air and being kept awake. They must have replaced my mattress with a plank of wood judging from how hard it was. I'm sure my back benefitted but comfort was non existent. Breakfast pretty average too but what continental hotel breakfast ever is. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, views from Terrace and pool were nice. And convenient location with a car.

A well located, spacious hotel Excellent pool area and service around the pool good for proximity to Todi Only downsides were the breakfasts ( very italian-brioches and cakes, cold meat and cheese), and the plastic cups in rooms. A in room kettle would also have been appreciated That said, we had an excellent stay and would certainly return/recommend
