"It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, nobody cared, it was prolly happening to everyone. Pools were not clean, service around pools nonexistent, bar was close. Chairs were very very old and need to be thrown away. Beach gets ugly when low tide happens. Food at the adjacent restaurants was comedic, but the price was dramatic, so that was entertaining! Service barely ok! If you have high standards, stay away. This is the worse Westin we ever stayed at. "

The breakfast buffet was great and it was so nice that Divney the receptionist remembered our names each day. My overall stay was great and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama. "
