The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on.
The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves.
The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

The location is incredible—you're right in the heart of the city, so close to Grafton St/St. Stephens Green/etc.—so it's really a swap, bed for the night. But that's all it is, a bed. The quality of everything is nice and good, but the finishes in the bathrooms were chipped and falling apart a bit, and the noise of doors closing in the hall are quite loud. There are charges related to everything, too, early check-in is a charge, the self-service laundry room is expensive (and requires exact change!). So it's a good hotel, and I'm glad I stayed there, but I'm on the fence about recommending.

This is small room with only a sheet over the mattress with no sheet on top. Just a bed cover. Shared bathroom with broken toilet seat. No tv. Hall carpet dirty. Pay a little more and stay in a real hotel at the airport.
