"Made a reservation using Expedia Friday morning. I tried calling several times within an hour of arriving within the advertised lobby hours but no one answered. When I got there no one was in the lobby and a posted sign said they were sold out so I had to find another hotel, the nearest of which which had openings was 50 minutes away."

"The room appeared clean, but had a musty smell. Turning on the fan, opening a window and a generous spritz of Febreze helped with the odor. Towels and sheets were clean. It’s an older motel in Chadron."

"when I arrived I was told the hotel had no water and their systems were down so they wouldn't allow us to stay. I had this room booked months in advance and nobody notified me. Staff told me they would tell hotels.com to issue me a refund and they never did. Hotels.com tried to contact them on my behalf and got no answer. I tried to contact the hotel directly and their number is disconnected. Hotels.com gave me credit on my account for the future but this property is taking zero accountability. I will never stay in another wyndham property again. I waited several days before leaving this review and have tried to contact the property daily to try and make this right. This place deserves to shut down based on others having similar experience. Ridiculous to think the owner doesn't have a way to access the system remotely and contact guests or issue refunds."

"The staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and had my check in paperwork ready. Very fast. The room when we entered smelled like cleaning supplies which was a good sign, but it doesn't seem like the cleaner paid any attention to details. The previous occupants used bar of soap was still in the shower, their food was still in the refrigerator, and my daughter noticed what looked like a blood stain on her pillow. When my wife pulled the blanket back there was black fuzz/lint all over the sheet. Would have rated higher if those few things were taken care of."
