Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good.

Everything was clean the restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and it was very close to the center the only issue was that sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell. The receptionists were so helpful even beyond we were experiencing a problem and it was 2 in the moring and we didnt kmow what to ...
