"The front staff are very friendly 💯👏👏 however during dinner, there were no varieties and also drinks were not included, at least a glass of juice per person would work. I Also requested for a packed breakfast, however there was no menu to choose from, and also was packed without cutlery. My daughter accidentally scratched her face at the beach, we requested for a first aid or an Elastoplast, only to be told it was not available. At the poolside, we ordered chicken nuggets and lollipops but they were not well cooked. I called the waiter to send the food back to the kitchen, but we never saw the food again "

"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

She assisted with my check-in and went above and beyond to arrange several incredible experiences for me. Regina organized an amazing private dinner on the beach, which was beautifully set up and absolutely magical. She also helped arrange a fantastic beach cabana experience and a jet ski activity, which were highlights of my visit. The entire staff at the resort was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and you can tell the team takes great pride in providing a great guest experience. Zakia, who is AMAZING, was my attendant for my cabana. I had an equally great attendant for my Dinner on the Beach. I highly recommend Southern Palms Resort to anyone visiting Diani Beach. It’s a beautiful property with excellent service and unforgettable Indian ocean views. "

"Never been so nervous staying here, the cottage was in the middle of no where, the entrance was not secure and couldn't lock it. Only very hot water for the showers no cold. The staff were friendly but the cottage was not very clean, the view of the ocean was good but very expensive for what we got."
