"Place was dirty and needing repairs. Stayed to catch a cruise. If I ever go back for a cruise I will definitely book somewhere else. Price was lower than others but wasn't worth the price."

"While checking out of my room I noticed that my room was not cleaned from the day before. I noticed rice and salt & pepper under the fitted sheet. I also noticed leftover food items from a previous guest in the refrigerator. I took the food to the front desk staff and the clerk told me to toss it in the trash can in the kitchen area. I just thought the staff forgot to clean the refrigerator so gave them benefit of a doubt but now realize the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. I spoke to Ms. Camille Huyghue about this problem and she immediately apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit for our stay. "
