Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, allerdings war das Zimmer etwas altbacken. Die Rezeptionistin in der Früh und Spätschicht war super, die Tagesbesetzung war eher Mau. Das Restaurant und auch die Küche waren super ( auch vor dem Hintergrund einer einzuhaltenden Diät) und der Koch spitze. Essen schmeckte immer.

+Die Pool indoor und outdoor war sehr schön und auch toll gepflegt. +Abendessen mit 5 Gängen und auch das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. -Auf dem Zimmer ist leider keine Klimaanlage.Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig und gepflegt.

Positiv: + die Lage (in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum). + großes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Pool und Berge. + kostenloses Parken in der Tiefgarage. + sehr aufmerksames Personal. Besonders zu unserer kleinen Tochter waren alle sehr herzlich. Tipptopp! :-) + herrliche Gartenanlage. + das 5-Gänge-Abendmenü war immer super lecker. Negativ: - das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist natürlich Geschmacksache. - keine Klimaanlage. An den Tagen mit 39Grad war es sehr unangenehm.

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer entspricht in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr dem Standard. Weiters war es während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht möglich eine Zweite Zimmerkarte auszustellen! Ansonsten war alles Bestens!

Ein Hotel (fast) für uns allein

Dieses sehr schön gelegene Hotel konnten wir bei schönstem Urlaubswetter in Ruhe genießen. Da Dorf Tirol im Juli nicht mit Touristen überlaufen war, hatten wir das Hotel mit wenigen Gästen für uns. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber sein Flair behalten. Es verfügt über einige Annehmlichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel, Pollandschaft innen und außen, Massage vor Ort, herrlichen Blick auf Meran und die Berge, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und nettes Personal.

Not a wellness hotel..as promoted

Arrived on arrival day at 7pm. the guy at front desk looked at me as if he has seen a gost!!! he was nervous and unexperienced. Told me we did not have a reservationa. I showed him the booking with Expedia and then he say...well you are lucky we have a room for you. and he left to prepare the room for us..leaving the front desk unatended. Got back and gave us a standard room... I told him we have booked a luxury suite and after a few more minutes he said........ o yes... yes.. and left again to prepare the room. room was nice an clean with a beautiful view. so we wanted to enjoy the spa as we booked a wellness hotel...... ohhh surprice Spa is closed.... next day we go to book early a massage for two.. .and the laidy said its impossible as there is only one person to attend th whole spa (and you call that a wellness resort). so we where unable to use it a a couple. obviusly as she was the only one spa hours where limited to her shedule.....imagine that in a so called wellness spa. we decided to leave a day before supossed as we where dissapointed and they still charged us for the night we didnt use. overall a very bad experience and I would not recomend the h otel to anyone.

All in all a very nice stay

Great room with balcony and nice views, nice pool area, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, delicious breakfast, dining service wasn't bad, but wasn't as good as we expected. The waiter had too many tables to care for, so service was a bit slow.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön im Dorf Tirolo mit Blick auf Meran. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Durch die Pools im Aussen /Innenbereich ist bei jedem Wetter Entspannung gegeben. Auf jeden Fall würde ich die HP empfehlen, da ein 5 Gänge Menü für 11,50€ pro Person Mehrpreis "draussen" nicht wirklich zu bekommen ist. :-). Für eine Pizza bezahlst Du schon 8€ - 10€. Diese Hotel ist seine 4 Sterne wert.

An absolutely knock your socks off view

The view you will remember for a very long time. This hotel is uniquely positioned for views up the valley. We booked a suite and were a little freaked out before we saw the view. Plastic furniture in the pool area and decks, dated furnishings in public areas and room, hard, uncomfortable bed, ridiculous packets of soap/shampoo, led us to fear we were duped as we walked to the room. All these detractors were forgotten when we think of the great staff and the amazing view.

Sehr Schönes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe,

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Service. Auch große Hunde sind willkommen und dürfen an der Leine mit auf die Liegewiese und auf die Terrasse.

Schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage

Das Hotel liegt in Fußreichweite der wichtigsten Punkte in Dorf Tirol. Geschäfte, Restaurants und die Seilbahn sind schnell erreicht. Das Hotel ist aehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer bemüht, allerdings keine Vollprofis. Dies macht den Aufenthalt aber nur umso familiärer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Tolles Hotel am Ortsrand, ruhig gelegen

Schöner, ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub, mit schönen Ausflügen an den Garda See, nach Verona in die Arena zur Freilichtoper und - sowieso - nach Meran (auch zum sonntäglichen Pferderennen auf der dortigen Bahn), das entweder per Fuss, über einen etwa 2 km Fussweg entfernten Sessellift oder auch unproblematisch per Bus erreichbar ist. Unbedingt empfehlen würde ich den Tappeinerweg: Über einen Fussmarsch von ca. eineinhalb Stunden kann man von Dorf Tirol aus über Obstplantagen, Weinberge und vor allem vorbei an vielfältigen botanischen südländischen Gewächsen aller Art, wie Palmen etc. (Beschriftung am Wegesrand) nach Meran herabsteigen, ein echtes Erlebnis. Wem der Rückweg zu beschwerlich ist, kann dann mit dem Sessellift wieder zurück in Richtung Dorf Tirol (4,00 Euro ein Weg/mit Gästekarte 3,50).

Leider keine Klimaanlage schwitzen in den Sommermo

Grösstes Problem ist die fehlende Klimaanlage in diesem Hotel. Dazu kommt noch eine ziemlich "oberflächliche Serviceleistung " des Personals zum tragen. Speziell am Empfang der Gäste.Insgesamt verdient das Hotel keine 4 Sterne , könnte aber durch entsprechende Massnahmen was Servicequalität und Einrichtung notwendige Renovierungen angeht wieder eines werden.Wie bereits erwähnt grösstes Problem ist die fehlende Klimaanlage in den Zimmern . Im Sommer nicht auszuhalten .... !
