"We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"

"We was not given the exact direction to the aptment. We was only told that we can walk from the bus terminal when ask how to get there. When reach Bursa from Izmir then we know that it's a 45mins bus ride from terminal. Then have to walk uphill for another 20mins to get to aptment. Owner does not communicate with us but send non English speaking housekeeper to talk to us.. Disappointing.. Had a hard time trying to understand her... The owner can speak fluent English when ask about money for...

"Otel temizliği çok kötü. Yataklardan kıllar çıktı. Banyosu temizlik açısından inanılmaz kötüydü. Klozeti kendim temizlemek zorunda kaldım. banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu, küçük bir kapı takmışlar, yandan bakınca içerisi görünüyordu. Banyo giderinde sorun vardı, duş aldıktan sonra ortalık su gölüne döndü. Tüm bunlara dikkat edilse çok daha güzel ve konforlu bir yer olabilir. Tasarım olarak güzel döşenmiş."
