"Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Room was a bit out dated and our queen bed was just two twin mattresses put together."

"A++ Staff!!! This maybe some of the kindest and most accommodating customer service I've had at any hotel ever (And I'm nomadic). The friendliness and helpfulness when I arrived was that of a five star hotel. The property itself isn't the most modern decor. But it's super clean and woke up. Location is great I would stay here again if I came back to town."

"Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. Wellness room works 3 to 8pm. Jacuzzi wasn’t really strong but sauna and steam room both were great."

"We stayed to travel on the Bernina Express and the hotel was perfect for that. It is only 200 metres from the entrance to the station. Comfy bed, good restaurant and everything we needed for our overnight. Only downside is no aircon which could be bad in high temperatures, although the rest of the restaurant has aircon and they do supply a fan. Also ladies, if you need it bring your own hairdryer!! The one supplied is not great!!"

"Wow! We are sooo happy we last minute booked this hotel! We spent a lot of time in all the different pools and even booked a couples massage. I would tell anyone to stay here. Also the breakfast was amazing!"
