Beautiful building, impeccably clean and smells amazing. Some of the staff were great and others seemed a bit "out to lunch." Our AC wasn't working and despite the evening concierge attempting to fix it 3 times, she couldnt do anything since we were leaving at 6am the following morning. The room was uncomfortably warm and they brought up a fan when I requested it, which we were thankful for. The manager said they could give us fifteen percent for a return stay, which is fine in theory, except I doubt that I'll be traveling back to albania within a reasonable amount of time to use such a credit.

The hotel is located very close to downtown, very clean, staff is very helpful and breaks fast is delicious, can’t forget to say how good is the smell inside the hotel and rooms.
