"It was horrible, the air conditioning didn't work and we had to wait 3 hours before they tried to solve the problem. The elevator is blocked, no button to call for help. it doesn't deserve the 4 stars"

"The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or Expedia, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards). "
