Lovely property in a lovely quiet location. Had issues with water on both mornings and was simply told it was a technical issue. Although all waiter were nice service was very poor. I discovered this is very much the norm across Albania. A lot of confusion around breakfast and what’s available including coffee. So sort your service out and you will be very close to getting top ratings but I fear you don’t feel that there is an issue to resolve.

Free parking. Nice rooms with balcony and beautiful views. Overall hotel is really good, new and clean but the music in swimming pool is enormously loud.

Nice hotel but there is lack of service
The hotel is good. Facilities are great and location is amazing. Unfortunately , the service is disappointed. I paid 242 Euro for 2 nights and booked the best suite they had. Upon check in, different room was provided and after many discussions with their manager , i was given the room i booked as an ''upgraded'' room when actually i paid for that room. Breakfast was also disappointed. I asked for 2 fresh orange juice only to be charged for that upon leaving the restaurant. Upon check out , i was expected these charges to be waived but their manager insisted that i should be paying , so i had no choice.

Got to the place at 1230 am. There was no front desk person. We had to wake up the guard. He offered us a room that was not what we booked, hoping we would take it. We stayed at a different hotel, place was no staffed. Hotel and premises looked great, unfortunately lack of a simple check in left us with a bad experience.

No ring at the reception, I waited 15 min before calling the hotel number for getting the card to go into my room. No information from the receptionist about where is located the breakfast area. Air conditioning really noisy. The bed where not ready for sleeping.

De zwembaden zijn gesloten van 1 /10 tm 30/03! Kom je daar met 29 graden en iedereen wil zwemmen! Zegt de vrouw achter de balie,….. het is winter en t staat in de kleine lettertjes. Beetje jammer! Verder prima plek met t zelfde ontbijt wat je overal krijgt; 2 gebakken eieren, kaasje, komkommer en tomaat. Avond eten a la cart was goed. Aardige mensen. Kamers vond ik wat gedateerd met rood tapijtje

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment, we appreciate and take your comment into consideration, but I think that a negative comment cannot be based because the customer does not receive information about when the pool is functional.It was explained to you at the front desk that when you make the reservation you should get information about the facility, hotel's rules and the breakfast consumption (and you were the one who said that the words are small) this does not make sense and for this reason Expedia should not allow these comments where for such reasons, the customer's comment remains negative for the hotel, Regarding the rooms, the price you paid was very affordable with what we are and what we offer, because in the project for the reconstruction of the hotel, the prices will certainly not be at this level.Anyway you are always welcomed in our resort! And we will always be improving to make your stay as pleasant as possible,With respect from Chateau Linza Resort

Slitet hotell som bör fräschas upp. Mycket nice läge i bergen samt poolområde dock. Besvära dig inte att äta på hotellets restaurang, maten var katastrofalt dålig och endast fisk/skaldjur (av dålig kvalitet enligt denna Göteborgare) erbjuds. Lugnt och tyst dock så overall en bra upplevelse.

De familiekamer was zeer ruim en schoon, wel wat gedateerd. Het personeel in het hotel gedeelte was zeer vriendelijk. Het personeel in het restaurant was totaal niet vriendelijk, liepen weg terwijl je iets vroeg, kwamen chagerijnig over en alles duurde ontzettend lang. Voor het 2e kopje koffie bij het ontbijt kregen we een rekening! Het was niet veel, maar 100 lek maar het gaat om het principe. Zwembad was geweldig evenals de locatie van het hotel. Vlakbij de stad en bezienswaardigheden. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Städning väldigt bra, information vid receptionen inte så bra. Frågor om taxi och betalning hade dom inga svar på. Så vi åkte med egen bil.

Fint hotell med bra läge utanför Tirana. Inte så nöjd med personalen. Många pratade inte engelska. På baren vid poolen kunde dom inte fixa kaffe t.ex., ingen glass till barnen, liten meny att välja mat, för hög musik vid poolen.

We hadden eerst een iets oudere, doch prima, kamer. Omdat ons andere gezelschap met 4 was hebben we geruild. Toen hadden we dus een prachtige nieuwe kamer. Vlakbij het zwembad. Personeel was supervriendelijk. Zwembad is pas in juni open maar we mochten toch even afkoelen. Ontbijt was geen buffet wat jammer was. Maar we konden gewoon bestellen dus we kwamen niets tekort. Zou hier zo terugkomen...

Ehdottoman hyvä.
Toimiva kokonaisuus. Huoneen sijainti huoltohuoneen vieressä toi kemikaalien hajuja sisään ja hieman pyykkikoneen aiheuttamaa meluhaittaa. Sijainti jyrkässä rinteessä vaatii hyvää kuntoa jalan liikkuvalta.

kahvaltı zayıf, gerisi idare eder
kahvalyı vasattı. her gün ayrı bir kahvalyı deneyimi yaşadım. bir gün tabakta peynir bal varken ertesi gün ikisi de yoktu. sonraki hünse açık büfe kahvaltı vardı ama kahvaltının başlangıç saatinde gittiğimde benden önce gelen büyük bir grup her şeyi bitirmişti.kahve çok kötüydü. o kadar az kahveyle yapılmıştı ki kahve olduğunu anlayamadım. siyah çay ise yoktu bile. onun dışında otel güzel ve temizdi. oda temiz ve büyüktü. havuz güzeldi. otel tiran’a arabayla 20 dakika, yarım saat uzaklıkta.
