"Staff were friendly and the property was nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh food and amazing eggs. Some areas in the bathroom could have been cleaner and the property was a little worn in places but would stay here again. "

"Hotels.com clearly stated I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 kid of 16 year old, but on arrival Palazzo told us they only had a room for us for 2 adults and a baby, so we couldn't stay in the Hotel. The person behind the reception was so kind to look for a solution for us, but it was a hassle and not a nice experience to start of our vacation and we felt that the alt. room/hotel wasn't so nice looking as Palazzo. "
