A pior experiencia que eu e minha esposa passamos.

O Hotel Cupim não esta em condições de receber ninguém, esta abandonado, piscina completamente suja sem uso a meses, sala de jogos improprio para uso fechado a meses, quartos depredados com lenões furados, cortinas rasgadas, vidraças quebradas, telhado desmoronando colocando o cliente em risco de morte, área externa inutilizável cheio de mato, acesso ao hotel péssimo, o que se vê no site é o Cupim de 30 anos atras quando era lindo, hoje só se salva o atendimento da recepção com café da manhã, nem foto tive coragem de tirar, é uma vergonha a Hoteis.com oferecer uma mentira para os clientes, deveria sim era devolver meu dinheiro por fazer propaganda enganosa e procurar confirmar se o que esta no site dos hotéis estão pronto para sua utilização, só aceitamos dormir quer dizer ficar acordado a noite toda porque não tinha outro lugar para ficar aquilo é uma casa dos horrores a noite da medo.
