"Started at check-in the night clerk Tristan was very unwelcoming. The bathroom had mold and was was chipping in different places. Found hair from the previous guest on the bottom sheet. Will not stay here again."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff however they were short staffed, no hot water which was an issue for a lot of people. "

"We arrived after driving 16 hours straight. The lobby door was locked with a sign telling us there were no vacancies even though we had a prepaid reservation. There were 2 additional guest standing outside the door who also had reservations but no rooms available. As a result we continued our drive on to the next town to get a room. "

"The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen "
