"Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day. "

"The room was spotless! The room, bathroom and balcony were all beautifully decorated! The service from the staff was 5-Star! The views were spectacular. The food in the restaurant was well proportioned to the price and very good. The location of the hotel is very remote however, there are paid shuttles to Chichen itza and bicycles available on the property. "

We walk to all our favorite restaurants from here. Great value. Super clean. Quiet at night. Good mattress. Breakfast is as advertised, coffee fruit baked goods. Lovely little wine cellar with some interesting and very reasonably priced Spanish wines."
