5/5 - Excellent
Tintagel has so many places to eat and such friendly people it was a delight to spend time there.

Lovely one night stay, we were upgraded to a four poster room which was dog friendly! A fine and grand building with fabulous views all round.

Lovely rural location within walking distance of the beach and perfect for picking up the coast path. Interesting old building with the old water wheel just visible from our bedroom window. Our double room was a good size but, accessed by a bit of a maze of passageway, it did smell a bit of damp ...

Easy parking with a free parking ticket. We had an accessible room which was fantastic and more than meet our needs. The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people we have dealt with in any hotel. They could not have done more. We would definitely stay again

We love Tintagel but will not be returning to the Camelot Castle
Visit tintagel very often. And will continue to do so, just not stay at camelot castle
Book your ticket time advance for visit in the Tintagel castle walk from Camelot minimum 30min via coastal path. Worth it! Little swim in the bay before returning to Camelot castle hotel. Understand the great tides check with English heritage staff.
Lovely friendly village & interesting local shops. Plenty of pubs, cafes & takeaways. Stunning scenery
Nice little town, best thing is the easy access to the coastal path for a hike
