"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Great little base for travelling in to Oxford. Breakfast was good. Pool was very handy for the kids. Only downside being you can only take the children in between 8:30-10:30am and 15:30-17:30. Obviously it’s because it is a spa but just a note to other parents who see the pool and think it’s all day"
