"Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. The ceiling had water damage and looked like it was going to collapse on us at any time. They charged me $123 because they said items were missing. 1 towel, 1 trashcan and a soap dish. I can assure you I didn’t take these items. I also know for a fact that they are lying because I had brought my own towels and had 2 extra. So how did I take "

"The front desk agent was kind, accomodating, and helpful. In the room, the floors/counters/surfaces weren't clean. There were bits of trash around the room, and weird stains on various surfaces. Seeing those things made me feel concerned about the bed and whether or not it was clean. I checked in and left 20 minutes later. "
