"The staff is friendly but the hotel is old and run down. This hotel used to be a Baymont and still has signage on the inside and Expedia still had them listed as a Baymont at the time of booking, we thought there was a breakfast but that was more incorrect information on Expedia."

"We discover human hair on bed sheets as well as blood spots. I reserved two and had the front desk attendant cancel my reservations, I requested a full refund of the money charged on my card. The desk attendant went on his computer and and assured me I would receive a full refund. Currently waiting for the refund to reflect on my charge card."
