The room was clean and neat. As was the property. The amenities in the room were very lacking i.e. hair dryer was so small and had no power. I couldn't dry my hair. There were no body lotion or hand cream either. 1 bar of soap. There was soap scum in the shower where the soap rests and there were no glasses plastic or glass in the bathroom. Only paper coffee cups. Considering the price it was certainly lacking. Also breakfast should be available till 10. People on vacation might not want to rise so early. We were up at 7 - 7:30 and by the time we showered and dressed it was 8:30. There was not chance to get a second cup of coffee or add something to our breakfast before all was packed away.

Check in was simple and fast. Very welcoming employee. Room was mostly clean, and spacious, but some stains were present on the couch and bed cover, they should be replaced.

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a receipt from the front desk because I booked the room online. Also, the lack of vending machines for snacks at night. Otherwise, things were ok.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, unfortunately we are unable to hand out receipts if rooms are booked under third parties, you will have to get your receipt from them, We do not have a vending machine but we do however have a market available at the front desk.

Refrigerator making high pitched noise all night. , No temperature control in room. Other guests walking hallways talking loudly and letting doors slam till 3:00am. No action from staff despite complaint.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, I do apologize that your stay was not up to standard as we take pride in our guests getting a good nights sleep, in regards to your refrigerator we could have either moved you rooms or replaced the unit, did you make the front desk aware of this? I do apologize you were kept awake, I have spoken with our front desk, and will ensure they take more action if necessary against room complaints when people are checking in. Once again thank you for your feedback and we do apologize for any inconvenience.

Have stayed here a few times now staff is very accommodating very friendly rooms are clean quiet the place is a comfortable place to rest and relax after a long journey would recommend to anyone working in the area or just passing through Timmons it's a great place to stay

Stayed here aboutc10 years ago and thought it was good value. Has gone downhill since then- needs major revamp.lobby area looks really dated. No elevator in the building. Wifi was awful- kept kicking us out to the point we finally gave up. Room was clean and comfortable which was the saving grace.
